“Yoga creates stability and unity in all aspects of my life, whether it be physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. Amongst many things, yoga teaches me patience, trust and balance.”

– Cashell Watsun

My love of yoga was sparked after being introduced to it by my mom in 2012. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Rollins College in Florida, I went on to complete my 200-hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) training with Yandara Yoga, in Baja, Mexico (2015). At the Yoga Garden San Francisco in California (2016), I completed my 85 hours as an RPYT (Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher). My training is registered with the Yoga Alliance, a large non-profit whose mission is to promote and support the integrity and diversity of the teaching of yoga.

In my vinyasa and prenatal classes, one can expect to be invigorated and inspired whilst building strength through mindful movement and breath work. Through my yin classes, a slower paced practice, one will experience a sense of relief and relaxation, as well as, a strong connection to both mind and body.

As a teacher, my aim is to highlight the benefits of yoga and encouraging my students to embrace their own unique style of practice, whilst taking what they learn on their mats and applying it to their daily lives.
